A collaborative Father's Day event between a bakery (Cakes & Bakes) and a restaurant (Patty Waale) in Jabalpur, India. They needed a conversion-focused landing page to sell seats for a guided canvas workshop — registration, pricing, venue info, all in one place.
Two local businesses teaming up for an event needed to sell out seats fast with no existing digital booking system:
- 1No online presence for event bookings — relying on word-of-mouth and Instagram DMs
- 2Needed to communicate pricing, inclusions, and venue info clearly in one place
- 3Early bird vs regular pricing required dynamic, real-time calculation
- 4Multiple contact channels (WhatsApp, phone, Instagram) needed centralising
We built a single-page event site that handles everything from discovery to registration:
Registration System
- Multi-seat selector with dynamic price calculation
- "Creating for" toggle — Father, Mother, Sibling, Partner, Yourself
- Real-time form validation with clear error states
- Early bird pricing for the first 10 registrations
Conversion Design
- Warm bakery aesthetic — cream, dark brown, and red accents
- Urgency cues: "Limited seats" and registration deadline
- Clear "What You Get" section with 5 benefit cards
- FAQ accordion answering every objection before it's asked
Contact & Location
- Embedded Google Maps with directions link
- Floating WhatsApp button for instant queries
- Click-to-call phone numbers
- Instagram integration for social proof

Tech Stack
The site gave both businesses a professional booking platform that converted Instagram followers into registered attendees. Clear pricing, urgency signals, and multiple contact options removed friction from the decision process.
